Farmers Grain Cooperative HQ – Pond Creek, OK

This 5,000 square foot headquarters facility was designed to serve as the operational and administrative core for a regional agricultural cooperative. TH White Design led the project from concept through construction documentation, coordinating closely with the client to create a practical, cost-conscious layout that reflects the cooperative’s rural identity and operational needs. The design includes open office zones, private offices, a boardroom, and support spaces, all organized for workflow efficiency and future growth.
